By accessing or using KontratPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to use KontratPay. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Escrow Services
KontratPay acts as an escrow agent, holding funds securely until transaction conditions are met. Funds are released only upon buyer confirmation or resolution of disputes. A flat fee per transaction applies, with reduced rates for direct contracts.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, our team reviews all evidence submitted by both parties within 72 hours. Decisions are based on documentation, communication records, and delivery confirmation. Both parties agree to abide by the final decision.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use KontratPay for illegal transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, fund holds, and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
KontratPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
